My Friends,

I want to wish you all a Happy New Year!

With the new year we also begin a busy campaign year on the local level in Clinton County. Wilmington and the villages will be looking at elections with mayors, councils, city auditor, law director, fiscal officers, township trustees, education board members, etc… all facing the voters. We look forward to you getting involved in helping in those races.

Opportunities to network with your fellow Republicans are just days away.

You will be hearing from our Party Secretary Jeff Linkous, about getting your tickets and your RSVPs in for our Clinton Co. GOP Century Club Dinner on Monday, January 14th. Doors will open at 6pm. It promises to a night with great food and interesting conversation with local Lincoln scholar Gary Kersey as our keynote speaker. So make sure to get that RSVP in ASAP. If you have not heard from Jeff yet, shoot him an email at jlinkous@earthlink.net or a call at (937) 302-0993 to get your seat reserved.

The following Monday, the 21st, the Clinton GOP Central Committee will be having their January meeting at the Community Center building at the Cape May retirement village at 7pm. We invite office holders and the candidates to come meet with us to discuss their plans that evening.

Committee members who can not attend, please let Tim or Jeff know. Send regrets to Jeff at jlinkous@earthlink.net .

I look forward to seeing you all in this new year!

Tim Inwood

Chairman Clinton Co. Republican Party
